The Smith family purchased this beautiful Mexico Beach townhome in 1998 after falling in love with the charm and beauty of the area. For years, it was a place where family and friends gathered to make unforgettable memories—deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, beach days, and breathtaking Gulf sunsets.

In 2018, Hurricane Michael devastated the home. After seven years of rebuilding, we're thrilled to once again open our doors and share this special place with others.
